DCDC Health Services is expanding throughout Uttar Pradesh, with a particular emphasis on enhancing access to renal treatment in underserved and resource-constrained areas. Uttar Pradesh continues to be a top market for the industry, with a population of more than 200 million and a substantial unmet need for dialysis services.

With over 40 dialysis facilities spread throughout district hospitals, community health centers (CHCs), and primary health centers (PHCs), the company has established a presence throughout the state over the years. Ghaziabad, Noida, Meerut, Kanpur, Raebareli, Varanasi, Prayagraj, Gorakhpur, Jhansi, and Mahoba are some of the important districts in the Western, Central, Eastern, and Bundelkhand areas where the corporation is present.

DCDC’s ongoing collaboration with the Uttar Pradesh government under the public-private partnership (PPP) model has fueled the organisation’s growth in the state. This partnership has strengthened the state’s renal care ecosystem and improved accessibility for patients with few options by enabling the company to provide standardised, high-quality dialysis services within public healthcare infrastructure.

Key healthcare deficiencies in the state, such as poor dialysis infrastructure in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, high out-of-pocket costs, a shortage of qualified dialysis practitioners, and delayed diagnosis, are being actively addressed by the company. They are bringing dialysis services closer to patients’ homes through a decentralised care approach, which eliminates the need for long-distance travel and permits prompt and reliable treatment. Additionally, patients’ financial burden has been lessened by the availability of inexpensive, cashless dialysis under government programs like Ayushman Bharat and PMNDP.

Sunny Chopra, Head-Business Development, DCDC Kidney Care, said, “At DCDC, our primary focus is to expand access to high-quality, affordable dialysis care, particularly in underserved and resource-constrained regions. Through robust public-private partnerships, adherence to standardized clinical protocols, and sustained investment in skill development for dialysis technicians, we are committed to ensuring that every patient receives reliable, timely, and quality treatment closer to their home.”

Maintaining good clinical standards throughout all of its centers is another priority for the company. A number of its facilities comply to strict quality standards, infection control procedures, and global dialysis care requirements by using NABH-aligned protocols. The company’s dedication to patient safety and clinical excellence is demonstrated by the fact that its Multan Nagar facility is the first independent dialysis facility in India to earn NABH accreditation.

In smaller regions, where patients formerly had to travel to larger cities several times a week for dialysis, the effects of DCDC’s strategy are most noticeable. Patients can now receive therapy closer to home thanks to the creation of local centers, which improves adherence, lessens financial and physical stress, and improves general health results.

In the future, they hope to further solidify its position in Uttar Pradesh by growing into independent facilities in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, all the while utilising public-private partnerships to increase operations. Additionally, the company is concentrating on developing a more preventive and comprehensive renal care ecosystem and integrating cutting-edge technology, such as artificial intelligence, to improve clinical efficiency and outcomes.
